The Website, contact forms, online chats, WhatsApp, emails, and coordination team do not provide emergency medical services. In the event of difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, severe chest pain, or other emergencies, please immediately contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. In mainland China, you may dial 120, but please refer to the latest official information in your location.
3. Clinical Responsibility and Independent Institutions
The actual admitting hospital and qualified doctors are independently responsible for clinical evaluation, examination, diagnosis, treatment advice, informed consent, medical procedures, medications, and patient safety. Xinheal is responsible within the agreed scope for non-clinical coordination such as information organization, communication, language, and actual itinerary, and does not replace the hospital or doctor in making clinical decisions. Any informal advice given by Xinheal personnel at any time shall not be regarded as clinical guidance.
Displaying a certain hospital or doctor does not automatically indicate a formal cooperation, recommendation, ranking, agency, or guarantee relationship between Xinheal and them. No disclaimer excludes Xinheal’s liability for its own willful misconduct, gross negligence, violation of legal obligations, or liability that cannot be excluded under the law.
4. No Guarantee of Admission or Medical Outcomes
Website content, customer service communications, hospital/doctor information, and patient cases do not constitute a guarantee of the following:
- Hospital acceptance of patients, doctor scheduling, or bed availability.
- Suitability of a certain treatment for a specific individual.
- Cure, efficacy, recovery time, absence of complications, or no need for retreatment.
